Room 9 – Twin En-suite in our Annexe building

Room 9 is located in our separate Annexe building, which is located at the bottom of our garden and is surrounded by buildings that shield it from any day-to-day noise resulting in an extremely quiet space, so is popular with those guests on night shift or needing quiet.  The Annexe faces west, so catches the sun setting in the evening casting a warm light into all its rooms.

Room 9 is located on the ground floor, so is ideal for guests with mobility issues, with no steps and a wheelchair ramp taking you up the two steps from the car park into the garden and up to the main house where there is only one step up.

The two single beds are ideal for workmates who wish to spread the cost of accommodation or family members who wish to share a shower room but not a bed.  The beds are made up with our own high quality linen which is washed in house.

As with all our en-suite rooms, you will find bed-side USB power supplies built into the socket, so all you need is your phone or devices’ power lead – no need to bring the socket!  This is a popular feature for guests from abroad, as they no longer need a UK plug converter.

Your room key is coded to open your room and all the common spaces, such as the front and back door, both doors in the Annexe building and the kitchenette – all doors are fitted with Nightlatches, so are always accessible with your key.

We are currently on a refurbish schedule to replace all the shower rooms in all our rooms and room 9 is the latest guest room to benefit, see the photos of the bathroom.
